All entries shown are illustrative demo data. Workflow: Proposed, In review, Approved, Live, Retired. High-risk use cases need a sign-off note before approval or go-live. Overlap review is automatic and system-aware. When two active use cases change the same field or fire on the same event in the same system, the register flags an overlap. An overlap is not automatically a conflict: a reviewer records whether the two are compatible, sequenced, have an agreed field owner, or genuinely conflict. Shared fields must be reviewed before either use case can be approved or go live, and a confirmed conflict keeps blocking until it is fixed.
